▎ 摘 要
In this work, zinc oxide (ZnO) nanorods/reduced graphene oxide (rGO) composite was synthesized by means of a solution method and through a selective growth mechanism, using Zn(CH3COO)(2) center dot 2H(2)O and C6H12N4 as precursors. The composite was characterized by SEM, TEM, XRD, Raman and FTIR. The photocatalytic activity of the ZnO nanorods/rGO composite was investigated using the methylene blue (MB) in aqueous solution under ultraviolet (UV) irradiation. Results indicated that the as- synthesized composite exhibits significantly enhanced photocatalytic property compared with that of the pure ZnO powder. The highly enhanced photocatalytic performances can be attributed to the high specific surface of ZnO nanorods, the enhanced light absorption of the composite and the strong decrease in charge carrier recombinations originating from the association of ZnO nanorods with rGO film.
