▎ 摘 要
Two-dimensional (2D) materials have attracted extensive attention in various fields due to their good flexibility, high specific surface area and fast ion transfer rate. Herein, the alpha-Fe2O3 nanoparticles/graphene composites have been prepared through a hydrothermal method, which is followed by hydrogen annealing to produce oxygen vacancies. Electrochemical properties and photoelectrochemical properties are investigated. The results present a high specific capacitance and the electrochemical properties are improved ascribing to the synergistic effect of graphene's large specific surface area and excellent electrical conductivity, as well as the pseudocapacitance of transition metal oxides. Moreover, it also promotes the photoelectric response performances in visible light. This work provides a basis for the development and application of transition metal oxide in electrochemical and photoelectric fields.
