▎ 摘  要

In recent years, effective measures have been increasingly taken to improve the efficiency of perovskite solar cells. The use of two-dimensional structures such as Graphene in these structures has led to increased efficiency and improved performance of solar cells. The simultaneous use of Graphene and Borophene thin films in a perovskite solar cell has not been studied so far. In this paper, the nanostructures of Graphene/CH3NH3PbCl3/Borophene and Nd-doped_Graphene/CH3NH3PbCl3/Cu-doped_Borophene have been introduced and its structural and electro-optical properties have been investigated. Studies were performed using DFT. The results of the band structure studies show that Graphene and Borophene change the energy band gap and this band gap is adjustable by adding the amount of Nd and Cu impurities. Optical properties such as extinction coefficient, refractive index and reflectance for these structures show an improvement in light absorption compared to the reported structures, which is a significant increase for structures with Cu and Nd impurities. Also, the results of electron probation showed that the studied structures are capable of transition of low-energy electrons and electron detection. Raman shift calculations also show new frequency ranges due to the presence of Graphene and Borophene. Based on this set of calculations, the recombinant structures of Graphene/CH3NH3PbCl3/Bor-ophene and Nd-doped_Graphene/CH3NH3PbCl3/Cu-doped_Borophene show promising prospects for improving the performance of sensors and photovoltaic solar cells.
