▎ 摘 要
Silicon (Si) has been extensively studied as an anode material for lithium-ion batteries due to its high specific capacity. However, the low conductivity and huge volume expansion of Si during cycles usually result in poor cyclic life span and poor rate performance. Herein, based on coordination engineering, a novel composite, i.e., Si@ZnS@ N,S-doped reduced graphene oxide (rGO) is fabricated by the one-step vulcanization of Si@ZIF-8@rGO. In the composite material, N,S-doped rGO can significantly improve the electronic conductivity, ZnS leads to the improvement in the ionic conductivity of the material, and the high capacity of ZnS improves the capacity of the composite material. As a result, the material exhibits good electrochemical performance with a high specific capacity of 1218 mAh g(-1) even after 500 cycles at 0.5 A g(-1).
