▎ 摘 要
CdS/graphene nanohybrids were synthesized by a facile ultrasonic method. Their morphology, microstructure, optical property and photocatalytic activity under visible light were characterized by TEM, FE-SEM, XRD, UV-Vis and PL. The results show that ultrasonic condition enables small-sized, well-dispersed CdS nanoparticles to anchor firmly on the graphene sheets. Due to the good absorption property and the reduction of electron-hole pair recombination in CdS, the CdS/graphene nanohybrids exhibit high photo-stability and excellent photocatalytic performance for the degradation of methyl orange with a maximum removal rate of more than 90% in 30 min under visible light irradiation, and also no detectable changes of photocatalytic performance were observed during three cycles.
