▎ 摘 要
In this paper, graphene coatings were prepared on copper (Cu) foils by atmospheric pressure chemical vapor deposition (CVD) approach successfully. The effect of CVD growth time of graphene coating over bare Cu substrate on the morphology, thickness, and corrosion activity was investigated by scanning electron microscope (SEM), Raman, potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) techniques. The coverage and number of graphene coating on Cu foils increased with growth time. Electrochemical corrosion tests showed that the graphene coating growth for 7 min is the most favorable for providing added protection against corrosion among all graphene coated Cu specimens.
