▎ 摘  要

In this paper, a multi-functional graphene-based antenna is designed for terahertz applications. The antenna configuration consists of a radiating graphene dipole and two changeable capacitively loaded loops (CLLs). The operating frequency, polarization, maximum beam directions of the radiation patterns of the antenna can be tuned by using the gate voltage on the conductivity of graphene. The resonance frequency of the antenna can vary in a range of 1.2-1.7 THz at chemical potential of 0-0.8 eV. It is also possible to control the polarization of the antenna in the right-and left-hand circular polarizations around of 1.4 THz, and the beam directions of antenna can be also changed in +/- x directions according to the adopted gate voltage at the edge of CLLs. This multifunctional antenna can replace numerous single function radiators, therefore the size and cost of nanoscale wireless communications can be reduced while performance is developed.
