▎ 摘 要
With the aim of selective and sensitive determination of uric acid (UA) in the presence of ascorbic acid (AA), the poly acridine orange/graphene modified electrode (PAO/GH/GCE) was fabricated by immobilizing graphene (GH) onto the surface of glassy carbon electrode (GCE) then electro-polymerizing acridine orange (AO) on the GH/GCE matrix with an electrolysis micelle disruption method. The electrochemical behavior of UA at PAO/GH/GCE was studied by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and the sensitive electrocatalysis of the modified electrode toward the electrochemical oxidation of UA was verified by differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) in the presence of AA. The large anodic peak difference of 270 mV between UA and AA on PAO/GH/GCE enabled the selective determination of UA. The peak current from DPV is linearly dependent on the UA concentration ranging from 1 x 10(-7) to 1 x 10(-3) mol/L with a detection limit of 2.0 x 10(-8) mol/L. The proposed method was adopted for detection of UA in the human urine with a satisfactory result. (C) 2011 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
