▎ 摘 要
The diiodocarbene modified graphene nanosheets (Gr-Cl-2) were successfully synthesized. The generation of diiodocarbene was carried out by reaction of aqueous sodium hydroxide with iodoform. The functionalization was carried out in the presence of hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide as the phase transfer catalyst. To determine the morphology and elemental composition of the product, the obtained composite was fully characterized using Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), energy dispersive X-ray (EDX) spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The degree of grafted iodine reached up to 33 wt%, and the morphology of the functionalized graphene remained largely unchanged, indicating that the modification was successfully realized. The adsorption of Pb(II) from aqueous solutions using Gr-Cl-2 composite were systematically studied. And Langmuir isotherm was found to better fit the equilibrium data. Due to its high adsorption capacities for Pb(II) and the feasible preparation procedure, Gr-Cl-2 composite would find its potential application in wastewater treatment.
