▎ 摘 要
Despite of the many attractive properties of TiO2, its low fracture toughness limits many industrial applications. To improve its fracture toughness, the approach commonly utilized has been the addition of a second phase, to form composites, and to make nanostructured composites. In this regard, highly dense nanostructured TiO2 and TiO2-graphene composites were consolidated within one min at 1000 degrees C. The effect of graphene on the microstructure and the mechanical properties (hardness and fracture toughness) of TiO2-graphene composites was investigated.
