▎ 摘 要
Extensive researches are performed to design Nano-structures that show light absorption behavior. In this paper, a genetic algorithm is exploited to design high-performance THz absorbers. The structures use graphene patterns as periodic disks, periodic ribbons, and graphene sheets. To consider fabrication limitations, graphene patterns and layers details such as ribbon widths, disk radius, dielectrics permittivity and electron relaxation time are selected according to previously fabricated designs while dielectrics thicknesses and graphene layers chemical potentials are suggested by genetic algorithms. According to the defined cost function related to the input impedance of the structure and leveraging circuit modeling approach, a unique structure is presented and simulated by the finite element method to verify theoretical findings. Simulation results for three sets of suggestions expressed acceptable accuracy while considerable computational time reduction is obtained versus conventional methods.
