▎ 摘  要

After the graphene nanolayers are embedded in the traditional photonic crystal (PC), many valuable properties are presented theoretically with the assistance of transfer matrix method. For the common graphene-dielectric periodic structure, we showed the effects of the chemical potential of graphene, the angle of incident wave and the regulator on the transmittance and absorbance. Moreover, utilizing a juxtaposition between this structure and the PC without graphene, we designed a tunable filter which can realize the cut-off full and band-pass partially functions at the terahertz frequencies. When the graphene is attached only to one of two dielectrics, we achieved other two cells, so that for the graphene-embedded photonic crystal (GPC) incorporating two kinds of dielectrics, there are four types of cells in total. Through combining these cells arbitrarily as the supercell, we found that the corresponding formed PC along with the derived heterostructure can be applied as the multiband terahertz switch, high Q-factor filter and multi-stop filter.
