▎ 摘  要

Photodynamic therapy (PDT) and photothermal therapy (PTT) have shown promise in treatment modality for various malignant diseases. In this report, an one-pot and green synthesis approach has been employed to prepare silver/reduced graphene oxide (Ag/rGO) nanocomposite as a new kind of anticancer drug, in the presence of sodium hydroxide at 70 degrees C. The prepared Ag/rGO hybrids were characterized by transmission electron microscopy; X-ray diffraction, ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy, and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. Cell culture, cytotoxicity and phototoxicity assay were tested using MCF-7 human breast cancer cell. Results suggest that, a homogeneous distribution of silver nanoparticles (similar to 12 nm) on rGO sheets. The as-prepared Ag/rGO nanocomposite can serve as an integrated system for combined photodynamic therapy and photothermal therapy.
