▎ 摘 要
A novel glassy carbon electrode modified with hematoxylin and graphene was fabricated. The electrochemical study of the modified electrode, as well as its efficiency for electrocatalytic oxidation of isoproterenol, is described. It has been found that the oxidation of isoproterenol at the surface of modified electrode occurs at a potential of about 345 mV less positive than that of an unmodified glassy carbon electrode. The detection limit of 5.0 x 10(-7) Mfor isoproterenol was obtained using square wave voltammetry (SWV). In addition, this modified electrode was used for simultaneous determination of isoproterenol, acetaminophen and tyrosine. Finally, the modified electrode was used for determination of isoproterenol, acetaminophen and tyrosine in pharmaceutical and biological samples. (C) 2016 The Electrochemical Society.
