▎ 摘 要
The phase diagrams of four graphene-like nanoparticles described by the Ising model are investigated by the use of the effective-field theory with correlations. The particle is represented by a two-dimensional array of spin-1/2 atoms with two types of exchange interactions, J and J(S). The effects of surface exchange interaction J(S) on the phase diagrams are examined. We have found some characteristic behaviours.
