▎ 摘 要
Zinc aluminum-layered double hydroxide (ZnAl-LDH) was grown in-situ on the low-pressure cold gas spraying (LPCGS) Al coating by hydrothermal method. Then the composite coating zinc aluminum-layered double hydroxide-Graphene oxide (LDH-G) was formed by electrostatic adsorption of graphene oxide (GO) and ZnAlLDH. The structure, morphology, and composition of the coating were studied. A rotational ball-on-disk tribometer (WTM-2E, China) was used to test the tribological properties of the LDH-G coating. The polarization curve and EIS measured the electrochemical properties of the LDH-G coating in 3.5 wt% NaCl solution. Due to the good mechanical properties of graphene and the corrosion inhibition effect of ZnAl-LDH, LDH-G showed an excellent reduction in wear and corrosion resistance.
