▎ 摘 要
We demonstrate the feasibility of using graphene as a conductive electrode for the generation and detection of surface acoustic waves at 100s of MHz on a lithium niobate substrate. The graphene interdigitated transducers (IDTs) show sensitivity to doping and temperature, and the characteristics of the IDTs are discussed in the context of a lossy transmission line model.
