▎ 摘  要

Antibacterial fabrics have numerous medical applications. Therefore, a simple method has been proposed here for the preparation of antibacterial cotton based on the coating graphene oxide as a potential bacteria-killing material. Graphene oxide nanoparticles have been synthesized and deposited on cotton fabric by dip-coating procedure. Surface morphology and chemistry of the samples have been studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) analysis has indicated variations in C/O ratio after modification. The antibacterial assay revealed that the modified fabric could inactivate almost 70% of Gram-negative E. coli and 93% of Gram-positive S. iniae bacterias. Consequently, the obtained results provided a new way to develop GO-based antibacterial fabrics, useful for a variety of biomedical applications.
