▎ 摘　　要

We report the synthesis of graphene oxide-CdTe/CdS nanocomposites (GO-CdTe/CdS NCs) through covalent bond by using GO as a support. HRTEM image reveals that the attachment of CdTe/CdS nanoparticles on the graphene oxide with a diameter of about 20 nm. We expect that the strategy may be useful for fabricating other hybrid graphene-based nanoconnposites.
