▎ 摘 要
Density of states, electronic heat capacity and paramagnetic susceptibility of both pristine and hydrogenated graphene are investigated within tight-binding model and Green's function formalism, considering the contribution of the sigma and pi bands. Hydrogen adsorption changes graphene into a semiconductor with comparatively higher Schottky anomaly and lower susceptibility besides a deviation from linear behavior in very low temperatures.
