▎ 摘 要
A novel water-based superhydrophobic coating prepared by polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) doped with graphene was investigated. The results showed that the obtained coating under the optimum process conditions had good superhydrophobicity and the water static contact angle reached 153 degrees. The water static contact angle was maintained at 120 degrees and 110 degrees after 40 times' mechanical wear and 4 h' water impact respectively. The adhesive force reached 5B level of ASTM and the surface had excellent self-cleaning and anti-corrosion ability. The comprehensive properties of PTFE combined with graphene were significantly improved due to the synergistic effect of the formulation design and preparation process. The improvement in hydrophobic performance was resulted from the increase of CF2 and CF3 bonds and the exposure of the nanostructures formed by PTFE mixed with graphene to the coating surface. Favourable comprehensive properties render the superhydrophobic coating developed in this research more competitive in many engineering applications.
