▎ 摘 要
CoAl-layered double hydroxide (CoAl-LDH) was deposited on the surface of graphene oxide (GO) with various oxidation degree (OD) via hydrothermal method. The synthesized CoAl-layered double hydroxide/graphene (CoAl-LDHIGN) composites have been characterized by XRD, FT-IR, XPS, Raman, SEM, TEM, TGA and electrochemical performance. The results showed that the relative content of GO participated in the fabrication of CoAl-LDHIGN composites, and the residual oxygenous functional groups and defects in the GN of the composites increased with the OD, while the size of the in-plane sp(2) domains in the GN of the composites decreased with the OD. The increase of the former ones and the decrease of the latter one lead to a decrease in the electrical conductivity of the composites. Consequently, the CoAl-LDHIGN composite fabricated by optimizing OD of GO exhibited the maximum specific capacitance of 895 F/g (1.25 A/g) and the best capacitive behavior. (C) 2017 Elsevier Ltd.
