▎ 摘 要
We report the easy electrochemical fabrication of graphene aerogel/platinum nanoparticle (GA/PN) hybrid materials with a three-dimensional interconnected pore composite-modified electrode. The GA/PN product was characterized by scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. Cyclic voltammetry measurements show that GA/PN can directly catalyze the oxidation of glucose and exhibit enhanced current responses. This biosensor exhibits remarkable sensitivity (84.92 mu A .mM(-1).cm(-2)), an approximate linear detection range of glucose concentration (50 mu mol.L-1 to 500 mu mol.L-1), and a detection limit of 0.561 mu mol.L-1. These results indicate that GA/PNs are a good candidate for glucose quantification.
