▎ 摘 要

This work aimed to study the effect of nanoscale graphene oxide (NGO) and probiotics on the expression of beta-catenin (chain protein) in pediatric osteosarcoma (OSA) cells. Ninety pediatric patients with OSA were taken as the research object, who were classified into control group, GO (NGO) group, and probiotics group. Their tumor tissues were collected and cultured. NGO materials were prepared by adding N, N-dimethylformamide solvent into graphite powder. The control group was interfered with normal saline, the GO group was treated with NGO, and the probiotics group was interfered with mixed bacterial solution. The results showed that the expression of beta-catenin mRNA in GO group and probiotics group was considerably inferior to control group (P < 0.05). Expression of beta-catenin protein in control group increased, while that in GO group and probiotics group decreased. The OSA cell counts of GO group and probiotics group were evidently lower relative to control group (P < 0.05). In short, NGO and probiotics can reduce the expression of beta-catenin protein in pediatric OSA cells, and inhibition of signaling pathway that involved beta-catenin can suppress the proliferation of OSA cells.
