▎ 摘  要

A model for the adsorption-induced static conductivity variation for the adatoms - single layer graphene (SLG) - metal substrate system with account of the dipole-dipole repulsion in the adlayer has proposed. The obtained results have been applied to the H/SLG/W system. Numerical estimations have shown that the effect of the atomic hydrogen monolayer on the epitaxial graphene (SLG/W) conductivity sigma(eg) is of the order of sigma(eg).
