▎ 摘  要

Poly(styrene-acrolein) (P(St-AL)) spheres were first prepared through the copolymerization of styrene and acrolein, and then P(St-AL)/reduced graphene oxide (r-GO) nanocomposites were constructed via in-situ reduction of graphite oxide (GO) in the presence of sodium borohydride. Morphologies and physicochemical properties were characterized by TEM, Raman, XRD, XPS and Insulation resistance tester. The results showed the optimal r-GO volume fraction for synthesis and anticorrosion properties of nanocomposites was 0.98 vol%. The electrochemical tests in artificial seawater further revealed that P(St-AL)/r-GO nanocomposites could efficiently improve the anticorrosion performance of the waterborne acrylic resin coating due to the high conductivity and excellent physical barrier.
