▎ 摘  要

We measured the adsorption isotherms of nitrogen (N2) at 77 K and argon (Ar) at 87 K on graphene oxide (GO) preheated at mild temperatures. Pre-treating GO below 373 K does not significantly alter its composition and structure, giving small adsorption uptakes. Oxygen functional groups partially decompose on preheating GO at 423 K without changing the pore structure. Oppositely, the thermal treatment of GO at 463 K leads to a non-crystalline reduced GO (rGO) structure with large surface area. The comparative pore analysis using N2 and Ar adsorption showed N2 provide a more precise evaluation of GO porosity, despite IUPAC usual recommendation.
