▎ 摘 要
Here, we report on the growth of large area graphene (LAG) on copper foil at a low temperature (500 degrees C) and at atmospheric pressure by using chemical vapor deposition (CVD). Liquid benzene was used as the graphene precursor material by heating below its boiling point to create benzene vapors. The as-prepared LAG with a Raman D band was obtained, and graphene layers can be clearly seen in Field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM), Raman, Transmission electron microscope (TEM), High-Resolution Transmission Electron Microscopy (HRTEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM) images. Finally, we suggest potential application of LAG coating on electronic devices.
