▎ 摘  要

Ternary sulfur (S)-/silicon dioxide (SiO2)-/nitrogen-doped graphene (NG) composite has been prepared by simple heat treatment. Morphological study illustrates the well dispersion of sulfur in the layered structure of SiO2-NG. The initial specific capacity of S-SiO2-NG composite delivers 1204 mAh g(-1), and it maintains the capacity of 716 mAh g(-1)during the 100th cycle at 0.1 C rate with 96% of Coulombic efficiency. The enhanced cycling performance of S-SiO2-NG cathode is mainly attributed to the combined contribution from both SiO(2)and NG. [GRAPHICS]
