▎ 摘  要

This paper proposes a new design for graphene patch antenna in THz band frequency range. Graphene supports surface plasmon polariton (SPP) behavior and also provides various conductivity derived from some tunable parameters. The numerical simulations with CST, Computer Simulation Technology transient solver, is applied to the proposed antenna. Here, branch feeding microstrip line is used to exciting antenna. This approach fills some nulls of H-plane radiation pattern.
