▎ 摘  要

Hydrogen sulfide (H2S) gas detection at room temperature is of immense interest because it reduces power consumption, enhances long-term stability, and reduces the risk of explosion in the existence of flammable gases. Graphene-based gas sensors have been widely utilized in H2S sensing because of their atomically thick two-dimensional conjugated structures, huge specific surface areas, and excellent conductivity and mechanical stability. Usually graphene-based sensors exhibit high sensitivity and selectivity toward H2S gas with limits of detection below 100 ppb. In this critical review, we summarize the history and physicochemical properties of graphene. Further, we discuss recent advancements in the fabrication of graphene-based sensors including metal/graphene, metal oxide/graphene, polymers/graphene, and metal-organic frameworks/graphene sensors for applications in H2S gas sensing. Finally, future perspectives on the improvement of graphene-based H2S sensors are discussed.
