▎ 摘  要

The application scope and applicable difference of graphene and its derivatives were reviewed in detail, and different preparation methods of metal matrix composites were compared. Through analyzing the classification of the characteristics and application direction between the traditional preparation methods, a flexible, controllable new preparation method of graphene-reinforced metal matrix composites, known as laser additive manufacturing technology, was put forward. The effect of graphene and its derivatives, as strengthening phase, on the performance of mechanics, tribology, electricity, and corrosion resistance was investigated. The improvement degree in performance of aluminum, magnesium, nickel, copper, titanium matrix composites with graphene and its derivatives as strengthening phase was compared. And then the remained problem of agglomeration and dispersion of strengthening phase and the interface bonding of metal substrate, and the corresponding treatment scheme were put forward. Finally, the future development direction of preparation of graphene reinforced metal matrix composites and practical problems of new preparation technology were proposed.
