▎ 摘 要
Novel Cu-based composites with niobium selenide (NbSe2) and reduced graphene oxide (RGO) were sucessfully fabricated using powder metallurgy method (PM). The physical and tribological behaviors of composites were systematically studied. It was found that compared with copper, Cu-based composites showed increased hardness and decreased density. Besides, Cu-based composites with 18wt.% NbSe2 and 2wt.% RGO possessed the excellent tribological properties among all composites. According to experimental data analysis, a complete and dense tribo-film was formed on the worn surface, mainly composing of Fe2O3, CuO, Nb2O5, RGO and NbSe2 thiner sheets exfoliated.
