▎ 摘 要
The resonant frequency of the graphene nanoribbon is studied by the molecular dynamics simulation method, which is modulated the dynamic process of vibration after deformation by silicon probe. A series of simulations for the resonant frequency of graphene nanoribbons have been performed. Then the simulation results of the resonant frequency are analyzed, which are varied with the length, width, thickness and temperature of graphene nanoribbons. The resonant frequency of graphene nanoribbons is depended on size. The width, thickness and temperature have less influence on the resonant frequency of graphene nanoribbons, and the scale of the length is the main influence.
