▎ 摘 要
FeMoO4 doped graphene composites were prepared by a facile hydrothermal method and the composites were first used as active electrode materials for supercapacitors. The morphological and structural characteristics of FeMoO4/graphene composites were investigated by field emission scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction measurements. The electrochemical behaviors were investigated using cyclic voltammetry, galvanostatic charge-discharge and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy in 1.0 M Na2SO3 electrolyte. It was shown that the specific capacitance of FeMoO4/graphene composites reached to 135 F g(-1) at current density of 1.0 A g(-1) and was highly improved compared with that of graphene (66 F g(-1)) or FeMoO4 (96 F g(-1)). Moreover, in comparison with pure FeMoO4, FeMoO4/graphene composites exhibited lower electrochemical resistance and longer cycle life, indicating that graphene enhanced the electrochemical performances of FeMoO4.
