Graphene oxide (GO) is widely used in cement-based materials due to its high aspect ratio and excellent me-chanical properties. In this study, to further enhance the mechanical properties and durability of polymer -modified cement-based coating, GO was introduced into the coating with silicone-modified polyacrylate (SPA) emulsion and calcium sulphoaluminate (CSA) cement as the main body. The results showed that the overall mechanical properties were optimal when the dosage of GO was 0.05%. Meanwhile, the UV aging resistance, anticorrosion and impermeability of the coating were also enhanced by the incorporation of GO. In addition, MIP, SEM, and FTIR test were used to investigate its mechanism. Obtained results demonstrated the coating doping GO could optimize the three-dimensional network structure, effectively prolong the water salt trans-mission path and reduce the water and ion permeability.
