▎ 摘 要
The effects of uniaxial tensile or the compression strain on the carrier statistics of armchair graphene nanoribbon are investigated. The proposed analytical modeling is done based on tight binding approximation. The modeling includes the density of state, carrier concentration, and carrier velocity of armchair graphene nanoribbons under the uniaxial strain. From the modeling and simulation, it is observed that the carrier concentration of armchair graphene nanoribbons has been influenced by the uniaxial strain at high normalized Fermi energies. The obtained results can be used in predicting the tunable strain dependent electrical parameters.
