In this study, a voltammetric sensor was fabricated by simply coating a layer of graphene and N,N-Dimethylformamide (DMF) suspension on GCE surface (GR/DMF/GCE). This GR/DMF/GCE had excellent electrochemical response toward the oxidation of morin. The electrochemical properties of morin at this sensor were investigated and a sensitive electroanalytical method was proposed. Under the optimum conditions, the anodic peak currents of morin were linearly relationship with morin concentrations in the range of 8.0 x 10(-9)-1.0 x 10(-6) mol L-1. The detection limit was 8.0 x 10(-9) mol/L (S/N = 3). In sum, the advantages of proposed sensor for morin expressed with high sensitivity and selectivity together with wide liner range, good repeatability and reproducibility, very easy surface regeneration and good stability. Using present method, morin in human serum sample was detected with excellent analytical performance and recovery.
