▎ 摘  要

Perovskite materials have become the most promising and effective low-cost materials in various optoelectronic and photonic device applications. However, achieving simple preparation and broadband detection over the visible to infrared range remains a major challenge for perovskite photodetectors. Here, we report a broadband (520 nm-980 nm) photodetector based on laser-induced graphene/CH3NH3PbI3 composite material. High responsivity ranging from similar to 3 mu A/W to similar to 1.8 mu A/W are acquired within 520 nm-980 nm bands under 0 V bias voltage at room temperature. Moreover, the device also shows a simple preparation, flexibility, thin thickness and cycle stability, respectively. This work provides a new idea for the development of miniaturized and flexible broadband photoelectric detection.
