▎ 摘  要

Graphene/gold nanoparticles(GNPs) nanocomposites were synthesized by a simple chemical reduction method. A novel non-enzymatic biosensor for glucose based on graphene/GNPs modified glassy carbon electrode was prepared by electrochemical method. The electrochemical behavior of different modified electrodes was investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV). Meanwhile, the effects of solution ion intensity, dissolved oxygen and initial scan potential on the sensor response characteristics were studied. Under the optimal conditions, the resulting biosensor displayed a rapid response to glucose. It shows a linear range from 0. 1 x 10(-3) to 20 x 10(-3) mol/L with a detection limit of 1. 6 x 10(-5) mol/L(S/N=3). The relative standard deviation was 2. 7% for 1 mmol/L glucose (n=10). The biosensor shows high sensitivity, good reproducibility, stability and can avoid the interference of commonly coexisted substances. The established method was successfully applied for the determination of glucose in human serum samples with the recovery of standard addition between 96. 2% and 103. 2%.
