▎ 摘 要
Ag/Ag2O-loaded poly(sodium4-styrenesulfonate) (PSS) functionalized reduced graphene oxide (rGO) composite (Ag/Ag2O-PSS-rgO) with high catalytic activity was synthesized for sensitive determination of capsaicin. The prepared composite was characterized by Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) and X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS). The obtained images revealed the good distribution of Ag/Ag2O on the PSS-rGO and confirmed the successful synthesis of the nanocomposite. Adsorptive stripping voltammetry (AdsSV) and differential pulse stripping voltammetry (DPSV) were used to study the electrochemical performance of the prepared sensor, and showed excellent electro-catalytic activity to the redox reaction of capsaicin due to the synergistic effect between Ag/Ag2O and PSS-rGO. Under the optimized conditions, the linear range of capsaicin was found to be 1.0-60 mu M with a detection limit of 0.40 mu M (S/N = 3). (C) 2016 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
