▎ 摘 要
A beam scanning conformal antenna array with planar integrated phase shifter based on graphene is proposed in this paper. It mainly consists of two printed dipole elements, microstrip power divider, feed baluns, and a fork-shaped distributed capacitor with graphene flake acting as phase shifter. Through the various proportion of graphene nanoplatelets, the graphene flake with different resistance ranges can be obtained. In addition, the resistance of graphene flake can be varied from 246.3 to 28.93 ohm as the bias voltage rises from 0 to 5 V, which can change the equivalent capacitance of distributed capacitor and then the continuous phase shift can be achieved. By tuning the resistance of graphene flake, the conformal antenna array can achieve beam scanning in a certain angle range at 7.2 GHz operating frequency. The prototype of proposed antenna is fabricated and measured, and this beam scanning conformal antenna array is promised to be used in the flexible electronics in future.
