▎ 摘  要

Modeling and computer study of a composite nanostructure containing a ferroelectric PVDF polymer and graphene layers were carried out in this work by molecular dynamic simulation and semiempirical quantum PM3 RHF method using the HyperChem software. It is shown here that the inclusion of graphene layers into the PVDF ferroelectric polymer increases the coercive field and decreases the polarization switching time of this composite structure. It is possible due to decrease in the damping coefficient of the Landau-Khalatnikov kinetic equation of the Landau-Ginzburg-Devonshire theory for two-dimensional ferroelectrics. Heterostructures with adjustable polarization switching times can be constructed based on such approach.
