▎ 摘 要
Zinc selenide/Graphene Oxide (ZnSe/GO) composite has been synthesized via microwave assisted hydrothermal method. The microwave-assisted hydrothermal reaction only take 3 min and it is approximately 500 times faster as compared to the conventional method which need 24 h. The ZnSe/GO composite formed was characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman Spectroscopy, Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FESEM), Ultraviolet-visible Spectroscopy (UV-vis) and Photoluminescence Spectroscopy (PL). ZnSe with cubic structure was successfully synthesized through this method. The reaction of the outcomes were explored and the band gaps of the composite were in between 2.54 eV and 2.60 eV. In addition, shifting in the PL emission make the composite acts as a potential material to be used as light-emitting diode, sensor and optoelectronics. (C) 2017 Elsevier GmbH. All rights reserved.
