▎ 摘 要
In order to further improve the wear and corrosion resistance, the graphene nanoplatelets composite Inconel 718 alloy (GNPs/IN718 composites) was prepared by laser melting deposition (LMD). The microstructure, wear and electrochemical corrosion resistance of IN718 and composites were studied. The microstructure of composites is M7C3/gamma eutectic, accompanied by (Ti,Nb)C precipitation. The results of Raman and TEM showed that the existence of GNPs in composites. The average microhardness of the GNPs/IN718 composites has increased by 1.125 times (544 HV0.2). GNPs is the lubricating phase during friction process, the coefficient of friction and wear rate of the composites only 68.4% and 7.14% of the IN718 alloy. GNPs/IN718 composites has better corrosion resistance than IN718 alloy. With the increase of power, the further ablation of GNPs leads to the decrease of wear and corrosion resistance.
