▎ 摘 要
The optical transition energies of armchair-edge graphene nanoribbons (AGNRs) under uniaxial strain have been studied based on tight-binding model including up to third-nearest-neighbor carboncarbon interaction and edge distortion. Obtained results show that the optical transition energies of AGNRs are sensitive to the uniaxial strain. The variations of optical transition energies on the uniaxial strains are linear but not monotonic, displaying an N or an upside-down N type feature. The mechanism underlying the strain effects on optical transition energies has been revealed. The obtained optical transition energies can be used to help evaluating the future experiments on optical properties of strained AGNRs.
