▎ 摘 要
Molecular dynamics computer simulations are employed to investigate the effect of the kinetic energy and impact angle on the ejection process from a free-standing graphene of thickness between 1 and 16 layers. The target is bombarded by C-60 projectiles with kinetic energy between 5 and 40 keV and the impact angle ranging between 0 degrees and 80 degrees. The yields, kinetic energies, and ejection directions of atoms are monitored. Computer simulations are used to point to optimal conditions when a soft ejection of unfragmented molecules may occur, which may be invaluable information for the development of secondary ion mass spectrometry based on a transmission geometry.
