▎ 摘　　要

We report the deposition of graphene film on titanium dioxide nanotube arrays from graphene oxide dispersions via UV-assisted photocatalytic reduction. The reduced graphene oxide films have been carefully characterized by spectroscopic and photoelectrochemical techniques. This approach to fabricate graphene film is simple, controllable, low-cost and environmentally friendly.
