▎ 摘 要
Graphene modified titania nanorod arrays composite films were prepared by a simple solvothermal method. The obtained samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), photo-induced current and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The photocatalytic activity was investigated by the degradation of methylene blue (MB) under UV light. An increase in photocatalytic activity was observed for the composite photocatalysts compared with pure one. This improvement was attributed to the increased migration efficiency of photo-induced electrons. Furthermore, the effect of graphene content on the photocatalytic activity was also investigated. Results showed that the sample prepared with initial graphene oxide concentration of 0.1 mg mL(-1) exhibited the highest photocatalytic activity for MB degradation. (C) 2013 Elsevier B.V.
