▎ 摘 要
This work reports a flexible dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC) with a graphene catalysis layer. The substrate is a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) sheet that is coated with a thin tin indium oxide (ITO) conductive layer. The graphene catalysis layer increases the redox procedure in DSSCs and the absorption of light in the visible range, and especially in the range 400-700 nm. A short-circuit current density and power conversion efficiency of 2.08 mA/cm(2) and 0.709%, respectively, optimized the measured parameters of the sample that was annealed at temperature of 80 degrees C.
